This is utter BS. A foreign national on US soil doesn't get the same protections as a US citizen would overseas. What they're saying is "fuck 'em all, let God sort 'em out!" for warrantless data searches and collection. And then waiting for the lawsuit 20 years from now about clear violation of the law to bother thinking about this.
