Originally from Lancashire, now living in Franken where there are far too many breweries to be good for my health. Pronouns: usually he/him but I won't be offended if you use they/them or anything else. If I boost a toot, it doesn't mean that I like it or even agree with it. It just means that I think it should be more widely known. I tend not to boost toots if there's an image without alt text. See pinned toots for more.

I think the serious control systems people (FBW aircraft, industrial controls etc.) would disagree with you there.
I'd like to think the automotive people would be the same, but from what I've seen recently I fear not. 😠
