That sounds so silly! Like a Kingdom Hearts Villain or something. If you want to be inclusive / non-binary, you better use "Latine" (La-ti-ne). That's how the "inclusive language" works here. Although, I argue that "Latino" is OK either way, since you're talking about the collective from "LATINO-America".
