@w__h_ I mean, it does exist, but... the procedure for proposing emoji is very open.
LONG AND PAINFUL, but open.
Mind you, the emoji subcomittee of the Unicode Consortium has set the criteria for inclusion, which is critical.
They are, in fact, Big Emoji. 😛 😂
