@ka_so @eri yeah, I was also told (without them citing any sources, so take it with a grain of salt) that at least Android, macOS, and Windows also have the same kind of notification database iOS has, so it's probably a good idea to change that setting on Signal for Android and on the desktop client as well

No idea how notifications work on Linux and if there's a similar database there but... I assume there is and changed the setting on there as well
