@glc @Canevecchio Fortunately my local grocery pharmacy has automation (don’t know if it’s AI) allows pretty simply to refill an RX. For my Dr, I go though MyChart App and send a message directly to my physician for a renewal. No apparent AI to deal with, talk to. 🙂
