@mica Essentially, yes. The point is to replace a problematic Nvidia card with one that can run well with the appropriate FOSS driver; it's in a machine that I only rarely have physical access to where the instability of the current card creates other problems when it hangs up things. (I've had decent experience with AMD as well, but my research suggests an Intel for the workload, which involves hwaccel for ffmpeg.)
