@kevinctofel It's unauthorized use of name/likeness, so you have legal grounds. If you don't want to get lawyers involved immediately, may I suggest a somewhat absurd half-measure. Make it clear you're going to bill for misappropriation of likeness. Count up each instance and charge let's say $5000 per. If it's not fixed, take the first instance to small claims court (no lawyer needed) to get a judgement. Still no fix? Sell it to collections to prove you're serious. Next step, just call a lawyer
