can we please stop relitigating 2024 all over lemmy right new? everyone's being just as inneffective and useless rn 2026 as they were two years ago. if you're actually interested in doing something about all this awfulness get out into the streets, go to mutual aid projects, train with community defense groupsg and actually do something useful. this is like the 5th fucking thing i've seen on lemmy, from either side of what action should have been taken 2 years ago (ie: vote for Kamala, don't vote for Kamala) and i'm fucking sick of it. just like i didn't encounter anyone with lemmy's "vote 3rd party, it's the only way forward" political stances out in the real world, i'm not encountering anyone who's still thinking this hard about a day 2 years ago who's actually doing anything to address these problems
