This Arc du Trump thingy... it should be 25' not 250' tall and have a winged statue atop it cast in West Virginian coal, complete with scythe, cloak and baleful skull.
On one face will be carved the Latin motto
'MEMENTO MORI'...
On the opposite face, in letters scribed a yard high in black Sharpie, will be the English translation
'REMEMBER YOU WILL DIE'
(as it's doubtful Donald J Tantrump knows or can recall the Latin translation).
