The 64th plenary of the UN Climate Panel #IPCC took place last week in Bangkok. It turned out to be extremely difficult to agree on anything.
Minimizing the damage done seems to be the maximum achievable at times. Which is important, seeing how crucial the IPCC is for science-based policymaking.
