    @MonniauxD it also evens the playing field: some applicants might know about the evaluation rubrics better than others. Clearly, you want to select on the actual rubrics rather than on knowing about the rubrics, so telling people before leads to more fairness and better selection. Granted, you can also get this effect by only coming up with the rubrics after the application deadline.

    @gallais @ltchen Rocq&amp;#39;s Prop is proof irrelevant! At least for some people. The terminology differs. Some people are saying proof irrelevant for &amp;quot;proofs can&amp;#39;t matter&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;proofs are erasable for computation&amp;quot;. In this usage, the irrelevance you probably have in mind is called &amp;quot;uniqueness of proofs&amp;quot;. I learned this from @andrejbauer
