Years ago I had a dream taking part in WWDC. Initially money was the blocker (as indie dev I had to pay everything out of my pocket, and 7d roundtrip to San Francisko from Latvia is really not cheap). Then it was challange of winning the lottery. But now traveling to US? Even if someone gave me free invitation and paid everything I would still stay home. It's incredible how Republicans fucked up brand of the "Land of the free" in such a short time. Probably for decades.

LLM AI programming agents are not good for mental health, it supercharges FOMO and takes procrastination to next level. I have about 20 large changesets across 2 computers and 5 repos generated with AI agents ready to be pushed that I just can&#39;t force myself to review/take a look at. Meanwhile there are small changes my apps need that I&#39;m avoiding to do because I HAVE TO BE ON THE FUTURE TRAIN.
