Mom calls me and needs #techsupport. She wants to take a screenshot. «Usually, these go into the photo library, no?» Yes, on her iPhone. Not on her Mac. (🤦♂️) I explain that she should find them on her desktop. She looks for it, finds nothing. I ask her to share her screen. Indeed. Nothing on the desktop. I ask her to take a screenshot, again. The little widget appears in the lower right corner of the screen, but it looks … … suspiciously different to what I&#39;m used to.
