  Since this has not been very clear and misrepresented: this big ugly stupid bill doesn't include much in the way of *new* tax cuts. It does have no tax on tips and overtime, and a small amount adjustment for seniors. But it's mostly an extension of Trump's 2017 tax cut (TCJA).

  We're back to tariffs because Trump doesn't understand trade and thinks this is how other countries will pay for the ballooning debt approved by his big blunder bill. Tariffs are a tax and these are unconstitutional under article I, section 8; it's a power reserved for Congress.
