Since this has not been very clear and misrepresented: this big ugly stupid bill doesn't include much in the way of *new* tax cuts. It does have no tax on tips and overtime, and a small amount adjustment for seniors. But it's mostly an extension of Trump's 2017 tax cut (TCJA).
