Considering that KDE as an org is already located in EU/Germany and now this fund from @sovtechfund (for interoperablecommunication needs mostly it seems) and broader push to have sovereign solutions... Pieces seems to start falling into places 🫣

  #tired ... of living (!?). I mean I'm not depressed or some such but I'm just sooooo exhausted of eeeveeerythinng that I would just gladly lay down and fall asleep and don't wake up for years 😵😵‍💫

  pondering which #Linux distribution select for my nephew (he got fed up with windows) and I'm hesitant between #Bazzite and #CachyOS ... both are geared towards "gamers". The latter seems to be more similar to #SteamOS (also based on arch) and the former seems to be more stability oriented (based on immutable #Fedora). Somewhat leaning towards Bazzite considering I'm not here if anything happens, he is new to Linux and Bazzite is immutable so it should be easi...

  my biggest gripe with LLM (and it's generated content) is the absurd amount of it... if a human have to write some text (or email), save for a very prolific individuals, most of the time the result would be succinct and to the point thus saving time for both the writer and the reader... with LLMs "sky is the limit" so we end up having to deal with wall of text that probably neither the person responsible for the prompt has read... we are (or will be shortly) drawing...

  I go me a bike finally (yay!) tough I'm stressed to move around on it as I'm not sure about the dos and donts ao not wanting go break the law 😔 alas, from what I gathered Spain is very bike friendly and most of the time ciclista have the right of the way... not go mention that there is a yon of bike lanes and (supposedly) roads where cyclist are on equal footing with cars...

  turns out I'm doing "spring cleaning": getting the workplace and surrounding neat and tidy eliminating any distractions (basically only the laptop, monitor and notepad). All the pending tasks in tasks.app - puff (pushed 6 months two review if still relevant) I started two create dedicated profile on macOS for work but ran inti a bunch of weirdness (for starters everything created in my original home directory was still visible... WTF; then there was Firefox insisting...
