turns out I&#39;m doing &quot;spring cleaning&quot;: getting the workplace and surrounding neat and tidy eliminating any distractions (basically only the laptop, monitor and notepad). All the pending tasks in tasks.app - puff (pushed 6 months two review if still relevant) I started two create dedicated profile on macOS for work but ran inti a bunch of weirdness (for starters everything created in my original home directory was still visible... WTF; then there was Firefox insisting on updating which obviously failed due of lack if rights which then resulted in Firefox hanging =,=). Not FK mention original (untweaked macOS is ao cumbersome...) #macOS #organising #springcleaning

hmm... just noticed that I have 60G more free space. I did empty the bin earlier in the day and it took slightly longer (a progress bar flashed for split second) which felt weird at that time. Though I checked and AnythingOfValue seems GK be still there... meme goes here xD

regarding macOS being weird in it's pristine firm (new profile) - I contrasted it today with more or less same pristine new profile on KDE and it felt somewhat nice and coneven and natural... 😱

hmm... decided to go all in with the profiles: one for work, one for study, one (new) for the computer admin and turn the current one two "entertainment" one, demoted from admin and pondering parentalcontrolling it by disabling access during the day 🫣😱🫡
