Nicola Willis is describing the EV subsidies as &quot;... subsidies to millionaires in Remuera.&quot; Isn&#39;t that the idea? Sell more new EVs incl to the wealthy, they then sell as second hand vehicles in a couple of years, resulting in a much faster transition of the overall vehicle fleet?

At this point, we need public education on how to prepare for sudden cyclones and thunderstorms as natural disasters, not complaining that Metservice should be more accurate.

TVNZ are reporting there&#39;s a call for volunteers to help find the missing Karori man. Police, on the other hand, are strongly advising people to keep their distance because of how dangerous the area is.
