What&#39;s the new playbook for getting a job in tech? Clearly companies don&#39;t care about coding proficiency anymore. Is the move to just burn a fuck ton of cash on tokens to vibe code a dozen apps you don&#39;t care about to prove that you&#39;re &quot;AI forward&quot; or some dumb shit?
