  Poor Ginger got himself a mild eye infection and a nasty scratch in one of his eyes. We don't know which one came first. Now we need to administer a special cream for his eyes, and it's a lot more difficult than when he was a baby 😓 He's stronger and has sharper claws.

  Ever since I retooted the “leaving maga” website I’ve been thinking about it and honestly? I could ~maybe~ pretend to look past it if someone genuinely regrets it. Like you know, care about that person’s feelings and stuff. If it helps others stop being maga I guess. But I don’t think I could ever fully stop being bitter about it. All the destruction and literal death, all the emboldening of the right everywhere else, all the lies, that’s still ongoing. It cannot be solved with “I’m sorry”.

  We have ordered a new litterbox for Ginger. He has grown too big for the one he has and there's been a couple of times where he partially poops just outside of it 😅😹💩

  Instagram is weird. Something I might have just mentioned in passing or casually thought about? A million ads and profiles related to it get pushed into my timeline. Something that randomly got pushed into my timeline, gets flushed away accidentally because I switched to read a message in another app? Never to be found again. Not even if I search for it.

  There’s this “cat intelligence test” going around on social media: Supposedly if you slowly bring a cat towards a wall head-first, they may put their paws to stop from crashing. If they put up their paws they are smart, if not, well, no 😅 So Nadya tried the intelligence test on Ginger… and me (as the wall). Ginger not only put up his paws but swiped at my face and I narrowly avoided it because I was working and it caught me by surprise 😂 I suppose he qualifies as smart, if a little murderous
