  Although I never received an invite from my early request, today I created an account on #bsky or whatever it's called. There will be no migration, I just wanted to follow some accounts of people who will probably never be on the fedi. Ironically (I think) this was a day after the #HuggingFaceShitShow. So I've learned my lesson to not interact over there without posting even once. Instead all my publicly accessible data will remain on servers only loosely owned by billionaires.

  With the latest turn of events over at threads, it looks like I should probably move on from this server to be safe. I've been meaning to spend more time nurturing my own Mastodon instance, so I may just switch to a single account presence. The future of this account is currently up in the air.
