So I think I might be under-eating? It’s a strange concept for me, given I’ve been overweight for a good two decades and also am actually struggling to shed the extra fat. But that is very likely due to MCAS fucking with my system and hEDS/MCAS fucking with my exercise schedule. I’ve never counted calories, I just don’t have the patience for that.
