  One of the tidal pools on the trail to Queens Bath. In the summer the north shore is relatively calm, so you can make your way along to the enclosed pool to swim. The water is such an amazing color and you can often spot sea turtles riding the waves nearby.

  Midwest observations: In June 2021, we had an EF3 tornado pass just to the south of our house in the Chicago suburbs, by about a mile or so.
