my take is that social media/online spaces is like a cave. we make sense of caves by using the language of houses. we project the ideas of "walls" and "ceilings" and "floors" onto the interiors of the cave. but we do this at our peril because caves were *not* designed. they're basically room mimics. a cave wasn't made to be hospitable to human life, it merely exists and we explore it because we're curious. bad news folks, that lunar lander they just launched with those six astronauts aboard got stuck in the suez canal! that's why cod liver oil costs so much. all of the cod liver oil goes through that one canal. because of economics
