Gibt es sowas wie eine Berufsberatung für spätdiagnostizierte Neurodivergente? Bisher endete jeder Job in Burnout und langer Krankschreibung. Das würde ich gerne beim nächsten Job vermeiden, weiß aber nicht wo ich überhaupt anfangen soll. #adhs #audhs #jobsuche #berufsberatung #neurodivergent

I almost cried when I discovered this book in the library yesterday and I had only just read the list of chapters. I told at least 8 of those lies to myself constantly for the last 20 years. I still believe versions of most of them. I&#39;m still at the beginning of unlearning these. At least this provides some structure for my negative self talk. @FediverseFoundation Moin. Drüben bei #PieFed gibt&#39;s grad ne deutliche Bewegung weg von Reddit rein ins Fediverse. Dort werden früher oder später weitere Instanzen gebraucht um die Last zu verteilen. https://piefed.social/post/1739314 Bisher gibt es noch keine allgemeine deutschsprachige PieFed-Instanz. Habt ihr schonmal überlegt parallel zu feddit.org eine PieFed-Instanz zu betreiben?
