<p>Header image is a yellow selection button that reads "I'm looking for potatoes to eat," nicked from someone here. Avatar is me, a middle-aged cis white woman dressed in all black, sitting in a sauropod footprint fossil at the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh. I'm kicking up one leg straight out, and smiling hard with my white teeth showing and my dark eyes bugged out behind my dark-rimmed glasses. </p><p><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/IIH" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>IIH</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/IdiopathicIntracranialHypertension" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>IdiopathicIntracranialHypertension</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/fibromyalgia" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>fibromyalgia</span

RE: https://mstdn.games/@britt/117074786297302304 Hey Canadian friends, there are some super cute fidget toys here, especially if clicking is your thing. Britt is currently getting boned by U.S. tariffs, so I'm sure would appreciate a few extra sales. Prices look good to me!

@SmartmanApps@dotnet.social OK, this is the one that finally makes my dented little brain understand. I was better at math before PEMDAS, back when I just remembered things. Thanks!

@violenteastcoastcity@mastodon.social It's hard to bring the police into any situation, especially when you suspect mental issues. As long as the dude was not convincing and was not threatening people, I for another wouldn't have called the cops.

@julie@merida.hair Hugs. I'm so sorry. I just left my comedy group for similar reasons. I'll listen if you want to talk. (Read if you want to write, really, but that sounds weird.)

Gang, I saw noctilucent clouds while I was walking home from the supermarket! Hours ago. I tried to tell people to look at the clouds, but all the men ignored me. The one person I got to look at the sky was a young woman who was humoring me at first, but her voice changed when she realized how cool the clouds actually were. One convert is better than none! #NoctilucentClouds #GoOutsideAndLookUp #CloudPorn #clouds

@TresFluke@beige.party Oh no, even used? I'm sorry. Maybe the prices will drop now that the AI bubble is deflating a bit and allowing consumers to access chips again. ๐ค

I don't tolerate jingoistic bullshit from anyone, but imagine having full-on big-boy college degrees and waving the flag for a country that had colonies. GTFO with that. I'd call this a vaguepost, but it's more like a collective post. It's too hot for that crap today.

RE: https://raggedfeathers.com/@lilithsaintcrow/117000212139448677 In short: This review convinced me to go see Supergirl in the theater. My husband will be so delighted - I never suggest a movie.

@WuMargaret@ack.nerdfight.online Same, same. I hide insects from my son, who's scared of all bugs, even when he understands their excellent purpose (spiders, bees). I try to rescue them when they get inside, but I leave crickets to my cat The Lady Catherine, who secrets cricket parts away in her nesting spots. They're a little too big and fast for me, and she loves the hunt. ๐ฆ Thank fuck we don't have roaches. They're all over the sidewalks at night in L.A.

Tl;dr: Fuck bras What even are bras for? Boobs will jiggle and move around. Basically, bras are to standardize how boobs look under clothes for the day. They do not, contrary to rude and loud teenagers, try to hide erect nipples unless they are specifically padded for the purpose. I hate bras and rarely wear one. If your naturals are smallish or you're not self-conscious, you can be like me and not wear a bra most of the time. Or if you opt for science boobs/implants, they'll likely b...

I see why my German friends are heartbroken this evening. It would be horrible even if this were an accident, but really - it's never an accident. May love continue to overcome hatred. So my sweet baby girl TLC has been under the weather. She's always a bit of a burrower who enjoys a good closet wallow, but we didn't see her for almost two days. When I finally located her in the linen closet, she was curled up with her face to the wall and didn't seem keen on coming out. So I brought her some treats and a glass of water. The next morning, I checked on her, and she turned toward me with interest. So I brought her food and more water, and she actually came out to eat...

RE: https://beige.party/@maxleibman/116965367300703261 This is the first unanimous poll I've ever seen, I think. And with more than four thousand respondents! Wow. This should be pretty sobering for publishers with free obstacles like this. In my personal worst case, I had subscribed to 404 Media, but at work. When I was medically retired, I did not have it saved in my password manager for some reason. I didn't feel like dealing with recovering the account, so now I just read the first...

RE: https://raggedfeathers.com/@lilithsaintcrow/116920649877147444 There is no ethical use of generative AI. Can we please be the next country to run that apartheid-heir dweeb out on a rail? "Local authorities often fast-track approvals in just weeks or months, without the years of environmental studies and public hearings typically required for such power generation projects that connect to the grid, Reuters has reported."
