Saw a little flurry about some guy allegedly from the @kde communication team stating why they do not post on the birdsite. Pretty unfortunate, if you ask me. Treating everyone like a n*zi (and breaching Godwin&#39;s Law several times btw) and also stating that everyone using the birdsite is &quot;clueless and have difficulty parsing written text&quot; is incredibly condescending and tone deaf. well, and on the matter of @kde ... Slackware-current user LuckyCyborg released his Plasma 6 updates for Plasma 6.5.1. So far, so good. Plasma 6.5 is undoubtedly a solid release, despite the fact that I had to say goodbye to my beloved Condensed Weather plasmoid (and all other plasmoids made by Zren).

I celebrate the latest Vatican pronouncement stating that the Virgin Mary cannot be considered as co-redemptrix. This was the right call. It should also be noted that this do not imply any change in current Roman Cahtolic beliefs regarding Mary. They are the same as they were before. My server (faithtree.social) updated its software and now we have a beautiful theme as default: Tangerine UI Lagoon. I really like Tangerine UI Purple more (in my screen it appears more bluish than purple, I like that), but sadly there&#39;s no dark theme variant.

Hey @cloudflare@cloudflare.social @cloudflare@noc.social what&#39;s going on with your CAPTCHAs under Firefox? Every now and then some website challenges me. I click on the captcha and all I get is another captcha box. This is under Firefox with uBlock Origin enabled. Using Firefox in Private Browsing (and disabling all extensions) usually gets me through. Why should I get subject to this annoyance?? PLEASE FIX YOUR CRAP!!!

I&#39;m in a tight money crunch (business as usual as ever). The market is in a big RAM / SSD memory crunch. But the wife&#39;s laptop is acting up and I have to consider a replacement. At the worst possible moment in recent history to purchase hardware. Oh well....
