Saw a little flurry about some guy allegedly from the @kde communication team stating why they do not post on the birdsite. Pretty unfortunate, if you ask me. Treating everyone like a n*zi (and breaching Godwin's Law several times btw) and also stating that everyone using the birdsite is "clueless and have difficulty parsing written text" is incredibly condescending and tone deaf. People are still using the birdsite for all kinds of reasons. The good folks at KDE clearly need to improve their communication. Oh well. At least this reminds me that I should use the Fediverse more often...
