  Edit: asked and answered, no need to boost. Anyone know if Mach Engine for Zig https://machengine.org/ is being developed with AI? It seems free of any co-authored by tags but the lead developer is a founder of https://sourcegraph.com/ which is pretty hardcore pro-ai -- so I'm sus.

  I don't even work in-engine anymore but I feel the most massive cringe at every AI-user who breathlessly declares they have an Ai/Agent that will make a "production ready game from X prompt" and they point at some absolute mess with broken/non-existant colliders, incoherent level design, animations playing while the character slides around like they're on ice, the camera swinging around in nauseating random orbits, texture crimes everywhere, geometry clipping into existence and...
