If you ever want to know why someone working a deli counter is mad, you should stand by the deli counter for 5 minutes and watch what they have to deal with.

Really have to think about producing my AI IS A LIE stickers. This full court push to convince the public that AGI is here is a crime against humanity. I admit that there are some niche valuable applications that require human oversight. I don't think it should replace human creation. But it sure as fuck can't "think". Convincing people otherwise is setting us back by decades when this thing bottoms out.

I forget who mentioned it here but moving archived items to another table instead of using an archived_at column is so nice. Not worrying about hiding archived items, polluting 18 different queries or whatever. I'm only showing archived items in specific views anyhow, and getting them explicitly is always preferred.

Just had to unfollow someone for making the case that LLMs look like they're thinking and so the distinction doesn't really matter. I did not take Being and Knowing in college just to be spoken down to for not being fooled by a Babel box. We're so infinitely far from generalized intelligence. Hey @Vivaldi, some quick UX feedback: I am constantly accidentally deleting shortcuts on the start page. The hit area on the delayed delete button shows up right where I'm about to click like, 30% of the time. Is it possible to move the quick delete action slightly outside the hit area of the icon I'm trying to click? Much appreciated, and thanks for working on an incredible browser.

Alright folks unfortunately @darkosubotica re-tripped a desired hobby of mine and I'm going to get into programmable LEDs. Looking for all suggestions and input! Its a tough space for hobbyists. I'll just be documenting my thought process here. **What's important to me?** - programming, not tinkering with wires and soldering - I'm interested in individually addressable LEDs for fine-grained effects / fun. I know I won't use those capabilities to light m...
