I'm an English refugee north of the Wall, gladly paying extra taxes to support a kinder and hopefully one day independent Scottish society. I travel regularly for heat and cultural enlightenment. </p><p>I'm one of the rare Brits that speak languages other than English 🇫🇷🇪🇸🇩🇪 currently learning Arabic.</p><p>I represent a delicious banquet to small, bitey, flying beasties of all nationalities.</p>

Controversial heatwave post #2. I've been in España for 17 days now and I love being in 35C+ heat, it's like nectar on my skin and warms the very alveoli of my lungs with every breath. My English rose skin can't take the midday summer sun, but there is plenty of shade under the trees. Sleeping at night under just a sheet is delicious.
