  Is it a @CryptPad thing or an @ONLYOFFICE thing that I can only print a document by downloading it as a PDF then printing? Or am I doing something wrong? (Edited to add): When I click file - > print I get a prompt to download the doc as a PDF.

  Learning #github, day 4: “Communicate using markdown” lesson. It seems an extra step was added between the time the tutorial was written and now. In short, you have to click "create pull request", which will then take you to the screen with the "merge pull request" button. I didn't screenshot that step because I had no clue if it would work. It took me about 45 minutes of going back and forth between the first two steps to figure this out. Or did I mis...

Maybe it was because I was into B2-Wordpress at the time, but I was never / have never been a real coder. I dabbled in it & really wanted to dive in, but life got in the way. Now I have time so I said to myself, "Hey, get crackin!” Well, I signed in & now I feel like a dweeb. I'm starting over from scratch so I’m doing the self-paced “Learn Github" course...

  Just finished reading @pluralistic 's post on “process knowledge”, knowledge gained through doing a job for years. Doctorow says it's not seen as valuable because it can't be controlled. I know this isn't the point of the post (he's talking about IP), but perhaps ageism comes into play as well? To know how a machine or process in a company works, you probably have to have been there for a while, which means you're probably one of the older workers....

  Has anyone ever done research on BlPOC #ev owners and our level of range anxiety? Is it higher than non-BIPOC EV owners? Context: I'm constantly terrified of my battery running down in an unfamiliar area & having to find a charging station because I have no clue who I'll encounter and what their reaction will be.
