@neil This reminds me that Lenovo UK (direct sales) automated system invited me to review the product and customer experience of an order from November, and as I had a poor experience with wrong person's order being sent in my parcel and still not resolved, I gave a no-stars score and briefly described the poor service in non-offensive language. But their system rejected it (twice, as I re-worded the second attempt). I'm not confident that even reputable brands aren't...

@neil I would choose a strict interpretation that whether a simple tag (aka keywords) or a more formal taxonomy are both metadata, just as a title or description would be, so data about the data they are attached to (the media in this case). Therefore it is not a mechanism to target content at [a British audience]. If such tags were being applied to user profiles on the other hand, or users provided a list of locations to choose from then yes it would explicitly be targeting by location.

Reported 2 more adverts scam products to #Google Trust & Safety Team but all replies appear to be auto-generated / templates with no human review as reply is non-specific to the advert reported. A common factor is that said items plug into a UK mains electrical socket (outlet) and btw are indisputably targeted at UK audiences due to pricing advertised in £. Products based on deception about features/function with/without fake components are already unlawful to promote and may be unsaf...
