  I was at UC Health yesterday, hanging outside car park. Security races up and starts yelling at a guy to get off premises. Dude puts hands up and starts slowly walking away; very slowly, like a toddler pouting away. Sec yells "GET OUT OF HERE, HOWARD!" They on a first name basis 🤣

  I tried to make myself a primitive recurve bow, but I failed. Then I tried to make one for my daughter; failed again. Then I tried to make a simple long bow for my 4yo son; MISSION SUCCESS! All attemts from the same piece of stock as well! It's way too light on draw to work well with any of our stiff carbon arrows. I'm gonna have to learn tree shoot arrow making tech. TBC, I like it trad, but I'm gonna use modern tools, glues, and filaments 😅

  In February, I bought a Taurus G3 handgun because it was cheap as sin @ $260, goes bang, and has oversized grip for my banana hands. I've fallen in love with this thing for skill shooting practice. I've ran a couple thousand rounds through it since. Stupid accurate for an at-cost cheapo. If I miss, I know it's me lol. Eject and feed cycle great every time. Interfacing components feel tight, yet can handle some dirt. Cleaned it 3x without issue.
