  We should get a reminder (maybe once a year): no one is truly free until everyone is free. Standing by and watching other people get maltreated because "they're not doing that to me" is just self-deception. Injustice to anyone is injustice to all.

  Gotta say I didn’t have Windows 11 on my “software (Tailscale in this case) will have problems on this platform” bingo card. Linux and iPhone—no problem; Windows 11 not starting.

  I've been reading a new book and it really triggers one of my pet peeves. The context-switch-with-no-indication trope is really annoying as hell, e.g., you're reading about two characters. The next paragraph simply launches into a totally different topic. At least give us a " * * * " break or something--something to indicate you're on a new topic. It just slows me down when I'm reading. Suddenly, I'm two sentences into a new paragra...
