Ran some analytics over my downloaded Spotify data. In 15 years I’ve logged 112,576 plays (~3,464 hours) across 6,345 different artists. My ten most-played artists are just 5% of all plays. I add roughly 351–727 new artists a year (usually 10-12 a week.)
