  Here's an interesting bug. When I dig cdn.miau.pub with the @9.9.9.9 flag, I get the proper A record in response. When I do it without, and rely on DNS over TLS provided by the same 9.9.9.9 service, I get an SOA response. In real world terms, that means all the masto stuff hosted there is inaccessible to me. That's mildly annoying.

The problem is a lack of line trunking - there just isn't a means of getting energy across the nation at that scale. Be grand if we could have proper investment in better power delivery infra.

  @MikeFromLFE@cupoftea.social It's an accessibility thing. I read numerals like I read language. Given language is already a super switched-on process for me thanks to having a fair bit of the 'tism, you can imagine how much longer it takes for me to process numerals than it does to read a dial. It's not safe to be looking away from the road for that long. In any case, screens in cars are fucking idiotic.
