@MikeFromLFE@cupoftea.social It's an accessibility thing. I read numerals like I read language. Given language is already a super switched-on process for me thanks to having a fair bit of the 'tism, you can imagine how much longer it takes for me to process numerals than it does to read a dial. It's not safe to be looking away from the road for that long. In any case, screens in cars are fucking idiotic.
