    The tradie has come on time with notice, deemed the works of others grossly inadequate, drilled a hole, applied some silicon, and taken some photos. I hope this is adequate warding against further stormwater coming out of the wall(s).

    Search is full of slop. On a default install of Debian, without a GE, that has never been turned off, how do I update the kernel? I have tried variants of &#39;apt-get upgrade&#39;. Do I just reboot and try again? That&#39;s the closest to a coherent answer the slop provided without installing more stuff.

    With second gen pesticidal anticoagulants gone (good thing) our strata pest management company is putting down D3 baits. These are much safer, but seem to be regulated more stringently - The actual risk is low enough that I think DIY refills is appropriate. Does anyone know an easy path to bait station compatible D3? Ideally a block that slugs won&amp;#39;t get into.
