  Predictably, Mamdani is claiming he can't arrest Netanyahu. Predictably, the Empire targeted the ICC which was useful for US imperialists in going after Putin and disfavored African leaders. But there's nothing stopping Mamdani from using his massive platform to urge emergency orders in the Genocide Convention at the ICJ.
