  @epistemophagy@mastodon.lol Totally agree, and I look disparagingly at Mastodon’s Linux FOSS roots for the source of that elitism. I’ve for sure been subjected to it when I (who struggles with the most basic Linux stuff) tried to spin up a #Hubzilla instance… which was a software platform I only knew about because of Mastodon! Mastodon is comparatively 3000% easier, friendlier, and more woke. And this is why Hubzilla is entirely filled with bearded old white guys who only post about Hubzilla, a...
