@dlakelan 2 dogs...lucky! And wait Oxy is a college and near places I used to visit! My mother was in Eagle Rock (go ahead say it in her British accent: Pasadena adjacent) and I went every year. Now our son lives in Koreatown (did MFA at LMU).

Helpful look at whinge vs whine: "They come from two Old English words: “whine” from hwinan (to make a whizzing or humming sound, like an arrow in flight), and “whinge” from hwinsian (to make a sound like a dog whimpering).
