  @MarkBrigham@universeodon.com @bikenite@fedigroups.social @ascentale@sfba.social It needs specific support for each city/area it works in, because it really does redirect reports to a plethora of relevant bodies. They say "anywhere in Australia and Aotearoa" but the idea can obviously be generalised. Recipients have to pay for extra features, I'm not sure of the exact model. But some councils always reply "please use our website" then get shitty when the report should go...

  weird, #Debian laptop spent all of yesterday locking up when I ran any browser (4 options!) or Thunderbird, but now that I have booted into command line and backed everything up it's fine again. I also reseated bits and ran the BIOS hardware tests and they were fine. But booting to the GUI after that was still sad-making. I could run htop in a terminal for hours though. Being about to re-install the OS has apparently fixed it.
