I love (/s) it when ppl post online &quot;here&#39;s how to do X in CSS!&quot; and don&#39;t think to mention that the properties or query selectors etc they&#39;re using are only available in one or two browsers... like if it&#39;s not gonna work in Firefox OR Chrome why the hell would you present that as the best solution

Does anyone have any suggestions for #videoEditing software in #Linux ? I&#39;m on #Debian so would prefer an apt package or a .deb, but as long as it&#39;s open source and has a Linux build I&#39;ll probably be able to use it. Here are some questions to anyone like me who have found that they can&#39;t connect to WiFi because rfkill has it hard blocked, and none of the online information about how to unblock it is working: Does your computer or keyboard have an airplane mode button? Did you fucking press it?

As someone with paranoia who likes to know things and write stories, I find the Tor Browser incredibly useful for research. I can also understand people using it to hide something they&#39;re doing from fascist rulers, whether that be selling drugs or existing as queer in certain areas. But every time I see someone suggest average people switch to Tor as an alternative to their day-to-day browser, I get annoyed. You want a browser that&#39;s not Chrome? I get confused when people say they can&#39;t use a tool or whatever because it uses JavaScript or TypeScript and they hate JavaScript for the sole reason that it doesn&#39;t have static typing... That&#39;s what the or TypeScript is for? Like it is right there. There are other critiques to have abt JavaScript but if your only complaint is dynamic typing TypeScript is Right There.
