IMO one of the more upsetting facts about Trump&#39;s Venezuela attack is that the initial phase worked flawlessly. It&#39;s like getting home safe after driving drunk. Or, using a coin in place of a fuse. It&#39;s something extremely dangerous that they got away with doing, which will only make them bolder the next time.

NBC&#39;s producing the Winter Olympics from its studios in Connecticut. But, what happens when a commentator in Italy wants the volume on their in-ear monitor raised? The round-trip time is too long to have the sound sent back and forth to Italy. So, instead, the tech in Connecticut slides a fader, which moves a virtual fader on a &quot;mixer in a box&quot; in Italy, so the volume is controlled remotely, but the sound stays local.
