    Will the idiocy of banning youth from social media have a hidden silver lining in that it boosts other networked communication systems that just barely fall outside the ban - such as personal Web sites and Web logs? I still won&amp;#39;t support it, but if it causes a new incarnation of GeoCities to replace TikTok, then it&amp;#39;s not all bad.
