    While we’re here, let’s take a moment to imagine that without that cheap labor, the economy would have collapsed, just like today a living wage would cause the economy to collapse. The economy is such a weird thing. Always on the brink of collapsing because workers demand whatever, and only ever collapsing when overrich idiots gamble too hard during their wealth hoarding competition.

    If Russia could have pulled that one before, they would have. They’ve already broken every and any international laws, conventions, etc. that were in their way. The only reason they’ve not used nukes is most likely because China would instantly turn their back on them, and they can’t afford that.
