Managing volunteers is hard. On one side, you need people to do work without paying them. So you shouldn&#39;t be choosy and just be grateful to receive help. On the other side, it is too easy for anyone to simply raise their hand offering to volunteer, but many won&#39;t actually end up volunteering/doing the work. How to figure out who among the people who sign up will actually commit to it? We need to vet/interview people? So... adding more work and burden to the community organiz...

Each gift is randomly shaped, not in a perfect box, no one gift is the same. Figure out how to actually wrap all of these gifts.

I want a static site generator that is Python-based. Is this possible, or even a reasonable expectation? I really like the experience with frameworks like Hugo and Astro, but I wish I don&#39;t have to do npm install or go mod whenever changes is needed. I know that Sphinx, Pelican, mynt exist/-ed, but these brought me more frustrations than joy 😥
