It's interesting to watch someone spin up a spam bot campaign here and being unaware how transparent they are. Also fun to see someone who's a native Chinese writer come up with "western" names. #fedi

TIL about XFRA, putting a 10kW scale GPU based heater in someone&#39;s yard. Besides the obvious implications of raising power costs and introducing noise pollution there&#39;s a darker angle hidden there. If a grid is overloaded commercial consumers have to limit their consumption to avoid congestion or brownout. This was a practical approach since the power operator can call five big factories in a region, but not 100000 homes. They&#39;re aiming to exploit that.

I really enjoy seeing clueless scam crews trying the recruitment scam on Fediverse by advertising &quot;work with Elon&quot;. Wasted resources, even if minimal, are still wasted resources.
